The Archean empire possessed the remarkable ability to control the Earth's core elements – fire, wind, water, and earth – through these four treasures. For years, the Forbidden Island, designed to sink if intruders ever dared to approach, has kept these treasures safe from enemies. Now, it's your team's turn to venture into this watery paradise and claim the legendary artifacts.

As you and your fellow adventurers embark on this mission, you must work together seamlessly to prevent the Forbidden Island from sinking beneath your feet. The game is played using a combination of Flood, Treasure, and Adventurer Cards on the 24 tiles that make up the island. Each player is dealt an Adventure Card and given a corresponding pawn, representing a unique set of strengths to be utilized through collaborative play.

The objective is to locate the Earth Stone, the Statue of the Wind, the Crystal of Fire, and the Ocean's Chalice, and then make a triumphant escape to Fools' Landing before the island succumbs to the rising waters. If the island sinks before you can complete your tasks, the mission ends in defeat.
